My father age 50 diabetic have cold from 2 days and throat pain also.. Unable to swallow food or liquid feels like tonsils.. Trying hot water salted gargling and medicine of ecthromycin, dolo and montek LC... Still pain is like that only.. What to do? And how many days pains long
