I am facing throat pain since last three days while swallowing or eating..even it hurts when I swallow my saliva..I have takeen antibiotics and also gargled from betadine and walm salt water but my pain is not improving... Please help..I have no other issue nor cough neither cold but getting sharp pain while swallowing...

Tab Cefuroxime 500 mg 1 tab twice daily after food for 5 days Tab Fexofenadine 1 tab ones daily at bedtime for 7 days Tab Aceclofenac with Serratiopeptidase 1 tab twice daily after food for 3 days Povidine iodine gurgle 10 ml to dilute with equal amount of warm water and gurgle 3 times after food for 7 days Syp Sucralfate with Oxetacaine 4 teaspoon 3 times daily before food for 7 days Rest and isolate Plenty of waters
