The middle left side of my throat hurts when I yawn/swallow saliva. It’s been about 3 weeks. and also have a lump in throat sensation. Sometimes also pain while looking down. Since then I’ve been worrying about it all of the time. 25 yo male, active, pretty healthy diet. , smoke 5-7 cigs a day.

You are having typical throat infection.need good antibiotics coverage ..and pain during looking down indicates inproper glasses. .eye strain ..driving etc ..consult for further advice ..
