I have throat pain during 3 days...and cold..may I use zerodol p?and your suggestion plz...fever is coming ...

If it doesn't settle spontaneously in a couple of days see a doctor near you.
Next Steps
Till then may use over the counter meds for relief. Don't use antibiotics without a prescription.
