I have been a throat problem for 3 days.Now it's very painful.it look like red ulcers in my upper back throat .I can't eat food and can't swallow too. What should I do.

it may be due to pharngyitis or due to enlarged tonsils . just get consultation from ENT doctor. meanwhile do mouth wash and saline gargling deep in throat. thank you
