Hi i work at a voice bpo n i usually go through throat pain..it pains a alot, unable to gulp in saliva, cant speak much, happens to me wenever i take alot of calls. Should i just take erythromycin or septum. What can i do to avoid it? Suggest some precautions as well. Thanks

Basically you are abusing your voice. You need voice rest. Consult an ENT SURGEON and check your larynx (voice box).
