Dear doctor Last 3days onwards am having little cold and cough now its gone worst Heavy throat pain feels that my voice completely changed and cant able to speak more and cant eat and drink Cold cough also heavy Note Today i started using azithromyn coldact and dolo650 and syrup cofesta used for cough Can u please suggests any medicines for throat pain and all

Stop dolo650. Add ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food. MONTEK LC ONE at night for five days. All for five days. Type of cough??? Wet??? Dry?? Cofesta is for dry cough.
