Dear Doc, I'm having throat pain at the vocal cords muscles. The pain suddenly comes and radiates to right ear. It stays for 2-3 mins and goes. Before 1 month, it was not frequent but now it comes and goes like 5 times a day. I'm continuously taking acid reflux medicine also. I had an MRI and wanted to the seriousness of the impression written in the report. It is suggesting multiple bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy. I'm worried about cancer. Could please make me understand what exactly the report says? Thanks
