For the last 3 days i have had throat pain and irritation and fever, but today there is a burning sensation while drinking or eating, nasal congestion, I can't sleep at night as my nose is blocked, headache is there, feeling something stuck on my throat while swallowing , doing gurgling, took macberry ls , my Blood report shows ESR 35, should i start antibiotic calvam 625?
