I'm having severe throat pain when I gulp. I don't prefer medicine:(. please suggest. Also I'm bit extra sensitive and cry very often. Whenever I cry, I start coughing (like an attack) even when there is no cold or any kind of infection, what could be the reason and cure?

Going purely by your inputs suggestive of a condition called "globus hystericus". Needs examination to rule out other causes. Take psychiatric help for emotional management.
