Started with sore throat and Cough mucus is more Fever today 99.9 Headache Pain around the eyes Blocked nose. Is this something serious. What could be the root cause of it

Your symptoms suggest a viral sinus infection likely from a common cold. Start steam inhalation, saline nasal rinse, paracetamol for fever and an antihistamine. If you don’t feel better in 5–7 days or get worse, see an ENT doctor.
