Throat infection and fever
For the last 4 days i have throat pain and irritation and fever, there is a burning sensation while drinking or eating, nasal congestion,, feeling something stuck on my throat while swallowing , now suddenly coughing also started , i am taking macberry Is, gurgling with salt water , my Blood report shows ESR 35, should i start antibiotic calvam 625? Tab sinarest one every 8hours for 5 days.
Grilinctus d cough syp, 5 m.l. every 8hours for 7 days.
Do gargles with hot water and few drops of listril mouth wash.
Steam inhalation 3 times daily.
