Throat hurting frequently

My thought hurts when I drink cold stuff or eat sweets like laddu, jam or grapes. I have been avoiding these things but due to hot weather, I need to drink cold water or juice. Similarly, due to sweet cravings, I eat sweets sometimes. What can I do? I just finished a course of Azithral 5 tablets. Still throat is hurting as if some sharp object is there. Kindly advise.

Please avoid extreme sugary food items and extremely cold and refrigerated food stuff ….. Start betadine gargles thrice daily after meals and coolora gargles before meals to get rid of the pin pricking pain.
Next Steps
Consult if pain and your symptoms dont subside
