Hi Doctor, My son is making from throat sound while sleeping.  This is issue is there for the past 6 months. Now almost everyday making sound while sleeping.

There can be some obstruction in nose or postnasal space. It can be due to turbinate hypertrophy, congested nose, adenoid etc
Next Steps
Saline nasal wash. Diagnostic nasal endoscopy for evaluation of cause

Enlarged adenoids and Tonsils may cause narrowing of airway, hence the sound. Clinical examination required for further management

Sir he may be having a nasal obstruction due to dns, hypertrophy of turbinate or polyp etc, or may be enlarged tonsils and adenoids. A detailed consultation is needed to confirm the cause and treat it
