Swollen uvula, ear and throat pain on the right side. Slight fever at times, difficulty in swilling food and liquids.

You might be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
