I have throat pain and ear pain from yesterday.. getting cough occasionally.. no running nose

Take following medicines for 3 days. tab Sinarest 1 tab 2 times a day and tab Azee 500mg 1 tab once daily and tab Pantop-D 1 tab daily empty stomach.
Next Steps
gargle 2 times a day with warm water and salt
