Dear doctor few month I feel burning in stomach and stomach roar lot and gurgling...few days I feel throat and chest feel bubbling noises..my tongue sore and debris formed lot. Bitter taste in my saliva ..throat burned 6month Throat and chest water bubbling sound

sir it seems like severe gastric irritation and it may require proper endoscopic examination of foodpipe and stomach ... plz visit medical gastroenterologist sir and avoid spicy foods thankyou..
