Throat allergy no pain gas

Dear sir..please suggest as i have strange problem this days. Every morning i feel allergy in throat like some thing is struck in throat and dry throat and some times feels like breathing heavily though i take 4 liters of  water everyday after cleaning gargling its get little free for some time. I have bad sense of smell after sinus and tonstills. Which was done in childhood so due to thus till breakfast and lunch little difficult to swallow. Some doc said to have razo d may be acid reflux i tried took.7 days but still allergy throat struck swallowing difficult so what all test to perform to get rid of morming sickness..

Hi, do u have any history of gastric upset, constipation, nasal blockage, postnasal drip, headache or facial heaviness? Fous smell and stucking sensation can be due sinusitis or gastric reflux. For that u need some blood test and xray
