Hello Friend, Thanks for reaching out here of guidance. We can't control the way the thoughts generat in our mind. In a day it generates about 60 to 70 thousands thoughts!!. Many a time we run behind a unnecessary thoughts and add an emotions or feelings to it and it causes such disturbances. You can overcome this by keep occupying your mind in positive action,works, activities, prayer or meditation etc. If you feel you still need some external guidance to overcome this, consult a psychiatrist.
