This is a query regarding general health practices, rather than solution to a problem. Just wanted to check whether is it safe as per Ayurved to have green team with Ashwagandha, and lemon Juice ? I also mix a little bit of honey when the water is not too hot. I read that Ashwagandha with Green Tea is OK, but not sure how Lemon goes with Ashwagandha specifically. Could you please confirm. Thanks!
