Thioride issue

I am a mother of 3 months and 20 days old baby. I have thioride before I was pregnant. Thioride level is under control till now but in the recent test (TSH) which I had on 24.09.2019 it says that it is <0.01. I am still on breast feed. Kindly suggest.
