Thigh pain

My both thigh are paining lot from yesterday...it hurts when geting down from stairs...what could be reason?sugest some remedy?

This pain may be due to fatigueness/chronic injury.
Next Steps
you may apply ice locally for 5min. followed by stretching of thigh muscle for 3-4 times. twice a day for 4-5days.

Information is not enough. It could be because of excessive walking/workout at your age. Or else this may be warning sign of fever. However please take Tab Paracetamol 1 tab 2-3 times a day
