Thigh and hip pain

I've been experiencing pain for about a week now. It started with soreness in the back of my upper thigh close to my buttox. Now it hurts while i walk and the pain has spread to my hip. This is only all in my left leg. I'm pretty healthy and exercise regularly, I don't see any obvious cause for my pain.
