USG showing thick wall gallbladder and bilirubin level 2.2 also urine exam shows 2-3 lucocytes and 2-3 erythrocytes

Need further evaluation and may be a surgery once bilirubin comes down. Looks like acute cholecystitis. Seek a surgeon help
