Thick Septum uterus -20 weeks

I have thick septum in fundus of uterus . It was not detected during any hsg unfortunately. But I am 22 weeks pregnant and my 20 weeks scan tells my baby is 33 percentile . Can I know consequences of having thick septum uterus . 1) will baby be born before 30 weeks 2) will baby have no space to move 3) will iugr common Or some other consequences I am pregnant for first time after traumatic ectopic pregnancy and emergency laproscopy. I am so devastated I came to know only recently . I have review scan at 25 weeks Pls advise. Thanks in Advance

Septum in pregnancy can delay conception or can aise abortion or threatened preterm labour Since u have crossed 22 weeks , u need to take good rest n pull ur pregnancy till atleast36 weeks No point in getting panicy Hope for best Bed rest , uterine relaxant, calcium , magnesium , iron , folic acid shud be ur treatment In case bouts of premature pains start , hospitalisation n iv medication is indicated

It may cause preterm labour Depending your cervical length a decision of cervical stitch or progesterone can be taken by your gynecologist Rest more in left lateral position Eat good.
