Thick mucus on lungs (virus multiply.?)

Dear sir, I am male. 33 years. My weight is 100 kgs. No blood pressure. No sugar. No diabetes. No any underlying condition. My current oxygen level is 95 and my current pulse is 115 per min. My current body temperature is 98 degree Fahrenheit. I have been infected with SARS-2 NCOVID-19 virus. Test found positive on May 23. I admitted in hospital on May 25. My CT score was 4/25 on May 23 and 20/40 on June 1st. I have been discharged from hospital on June 7th. Till now I am in home rest. It would be really grateful if you are able to answer me below question please. 1. June 21 st, at 9.00 pm my body temperature found 99.6 degree Fahrenheit. 2. June 22 nd, at 9.00 pm my body temperature found 99.6 degree Fahrenheit. 3. June 23 rd, at 9.00 pm my body temperature found 99 degree Fahrenheit. 4. Thick white mucus found in my lungs with cough. I am coughing out white mucus frequently. 5. Does this means that, the virus is still multiplying..? Please answer sir. Regards, Dilip
