Hi doctor there is a life in my palate its having a burning sensation plus i feel like having masalas are adding it additional kindly suggest what to do i am very tensed Image are for reference Is this something very serious

Need not worry. Try to quit your habit of having masala. And visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for clinical examination and treatment accordingly.
