Red rashes on the neck and underarms and also in hands .It itches a lot and becomes red. Took Cetirizine yesterday but it didn't help. When she used candid powder it helped in itching but it's still irritating the body

I would like to see the rashes first for confirm diagnosis. Any history of fever? You can give. Lotion Melamine locally application.. Tab Allegra 180 mg once a day
