When the patient rest , she feels like getting the heat waves in her legs and arms with shaking or shivering kind  of in the  body ...and when she rubs his body with cold cloth ..it get relieved...what could be the cause behind it and how to cure it ?

Feeling Heat from Inside is due to multiple reasons.It could be due to 1. Vitamin B 12 Deficiency (most common cause) 2. low Hemoglobin level 3. Mild viral/Bacterial  infections 4. Electrolyte imbalance 5. Continuous stress 6. Sleep cycle irregularities 7 . Some hormonal fluctuations
