Do I need Tetnus injection as I cut my thumb by a Rusted blade. I had injection last september 2021 when I got injured in an accident. It's seems a deep cut and lot of blood flow was there. I put my thumb in alcohol (whisky) when I got the cut and applied band aid and wrapped it with bandage. Today, I checked it again and sking was yellow and black lining around the cut skin. Blood came out when I pressed the wound.

Yes, rusted blade wounds are prone to tetanus. You definitely need a tetanus shot along with a course of antibiotics and proper wound dressing.
