My 3 year old daughter stepped on a board with a rusty nail sticking out of it. It went right through her shoe and into her foot about half inch...She hasn't had tetanus vaccinations, is it necessary???

If she has completed doses of DPT vaccine. No need of tetanus Vaccine then. Check vaccine card.
