You don't need to repeat the TT injection as your'e covered for the next 3-6 months. Wash the wound thoroughly and dress the wound if required. If there is a big wound and has a lot of contamination i would request you to visit the nearest ER and have the wound assessed by a doctor and have the wound cleaned and start antibiotics and painkillers(if required)
