Tetanus concern

So a Mole rat bit me, while cleaning site with Dettol, I accidentally dropped a steel tumbler (through which my grandmother drinks water) and lifted it and placed it away from dining table. My grandmother on waking up after 40 minutes to an hour after the incident, found the tumbler and drank water from it without washing thinking it was misplaced. I am very worried that could she get tetanus or rabies now? I had taken 2 booster ARVs just 2 and half months ago so I was feeling safe. She had been given anti tetanus vaccine in 2020 but the compounder administered it in her waist region, when I asked why he is not giving it in arm, he said she is very thin and has less muscle so he is afraid. I know that Tetanus vaccine protects for 5 years but if given in waist region will it be effective still or is she even at risk from Tetanus by drinking from the tumbler or skin had to be broken for the risk? COVID cases are there and I am scared to take her to a clinic.
