Testis goes up in groin..

I am facing problem of having one testis move in groin when I have urine pressure or poop pressure...and it's also in standing position..most of the time it's in groin when I am standing ..but goes to scrotum when I sit or lie down...please help..it's a retractile testis or what? Please help
