Facing testicular pain since February almost 2 months now. All reports shows normal. Did scrotum Doppler test. Urologist physically examined and said it is Vericocel. But scan reports shows thr is no evidence to vericocel. It is hurting me a lot. Visited 3 urologist still no relief. Once semen got ejaculated while sleeping. It was very painful. Suddenly I wokeup and went to bathroom to clean. Tiredness and dizziness was thr. Still I'm feeling ejaculation pain at my right testicle. I will also get pain if I touch left testicle. Please help me out on this.
