If it was before puberty den only mumps orchitis can cause azoospermia Other wise need to rule out obstructive azoospermia / retrograde ejacucatiol-if on any hypertensive medicines like alpha blocker Needs 2 semen analysis Clinical examination to see for size of testes Secondary sexual character
