Iam 28 years old, going to get married. I had a foreplay with my girlfriend for 2 hours continuously. After 2 hours it was started paining badly in my testicles and it continues upto 5 to 6 hours. This was happening for more than 5 times. Kindly gave the solution for this problem and let me know if anything serious.
