What is the reason for testicle torsion,how to prevent,because iam suffering from bilateral grade 1 varicocele.so varicocele can cause testicular torsion.and masterbation can affect varicocele

Hi, usually testicle torsion is caused due to trauma , u having varicocele of grade one increase its chances but not that much. And do avoid mastrubation for few days.
