I had lump on my right testical from few days and yesterday it suddenly started paining and today it started bleeding and something white colour is coming from that

Hi .white color could be pus or semen . In epidydemitis testicles will be red , tender, swallon .Examination is required . consult surgeon or urologist immediately.
