It is good to stay alert but it is not good to worry. U see. Staying alert makes you take action at the right time but worrying can add on more problems. So, prevention is better than cure. Eat healthy with a lot of antioxidants. Ur medicines can add toxins and free radicals in the body , so need to clear them with good diet and plenty of fluids . In case of family history of cancer , we follow NCCN guidelines for screening particular carcinomas but if you don't have family history, it is good to modify lifestyle, maintain weight and have good rest .

Since you are only 39 years, you need not do any routine screening for any of the cancers now. For prostate, after 50 years you have to do annual screening with urologist to examine and blood PSA test. [ You mention having prostatia or so. Then PSA will be falsely elevated. Please do checkup and assess PSA based on urology opinion only]. For high risk people with family history, screening should start at 40 years. Please check if any family history on your mothers or fathers side is there or not. Colonoscopy after 50 years once in 5 years. Please take active measures to reduce your weight. If you are smoker, need to undergo lung cancer screening also from 50 years. Low dose Ct scan. Oral and throat examination for any tumours in that region.
