Most common cancers in young adults in their 20s are Thyroid, breast, blood cancers, testicular cancers , sarcoma. Even, we are seeing brain tumors in this age group.
Although there is no hard and fast rule for cancer and age group.
Preventive steps can be taken for reducing risk of getting cancers.
Cevical Cancer - to get the vaccine at early age
Any family history of cancer - to start getting screen from earlier age.
Avoid smoking, alcohol, fad foods and processed meat.
Stay fit and do regular exercises.
Any history of smoking or alcohol , to get check by your doctor regularly.
