My doctor told that there is no any confirmatory test to test the proteins in human body. Is it true? If yes, then how the doctors diagnose hypoproteinemia?

There have always been tests to measure proteins , both in blood and in urine. I suggest you please consult with your doctor again. He might have said something else.

There may be miscommunication.  Doctor told a different thing and you understand in a different way. Protein can be measured Serum protein test is available. It is usually part of Liver function test. Every doctor knows it. It is very primary and basic knowledge.
