Hello....... , there are many types of headache like tension headache, migraine headache, cluster,sinusitis,meningitis, neuralgia etc....Hoe do you that it's cluster headaches.. Many factors like emotions, food, environment , gastritis, triggers headache..... Pain killers can be used when necessary.
