One of the doctor referred for gamma knife therapy for tergiminal neurologia problem. I have 6 months problem for the same. I am taking tablets zen300. The pain is reduced but the numbness is still in my face left side. Can you please advise me the next level of the treatment for the same.

If your pain is improved then medications are the best option. Two other treatments are Gamma knife or Microvascular Decompression. I have done Gammakife for few patients with good results. Choice of treatment depends on the symptoms and cost logistics.
