We are married for last three years.. We tried several times but my wife didn't got conceive.. We consult a doctor and doctor gave me Semen Analysis test.. Please find attached the semen analysis report . Doctor told me to it's not a major concern...Advised me to loose weight and gave medicine Maxzoza L for three months.. My other parameters are ok.. Can I become father naturally? I am very much tensed.. Please guide me
