Tensor tympani myoclonus is a very rare condition. If diagnosis is certain then treatment depends on the severity of symptoms you are facing. Botox injection into the muscle is a excellent way to treat it but results are temporary and need to be repeated every 3 to 6 months. If nothing works then muscle can be cut from its attachment to middle ear bone which is a permanent treatment for this condition but with significant risk of facial nerve injury
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
