I have a headache for four days.and my nose are running'i took medicine but it again starts.suggest me medicine

If u r having running nose den d cause of ur headache wud be sinus congestion. Take tab. Sinarest 3 times daily for 2days If it does not reduce with dis  consult a physician or an ENT specialist
