I had e coli infection in semen culture and after a few weeks of anitbiotics it was cleared in october last year. But i have still got post ejac pain, inflamed urethra and testicular pain . After Recent DRE doctor said tender and soft prostate. All urine and semen tests are normal. What does it mean and how long will it take to clear up?

It means prostatitis element is still there. You need antibiotics for long term almond with some anti-inflammatory medications.
