Temporary erectile dysfunction

I am unable to get or hold erections sometime. This is a temporary problem and happens sometime with me. I am 29 years old, no smoking and drinking. No other health issues and concerns. Have a good lifestyle and diet. No other major issues and concerns and not on any medication. Can you please prescribe any mild normal OTC medicine which will help ?
