I have gone through semen analysis on 31 may 2021, the reports shown 30 millions/ ml sperm count. And I have used patrnia xt tablets for two months. Recently, I have once again gone through semen analysis on 7 th, august 2021, where I got the result as zero sperm count, I worried and again I went for semen analysis today at the same lab, same zero sperm resulted. I am very much worried whether I have azoospetmia, Please suggest me which report is correct and does patrnia xt tablets cause this decrement or I need to go for other semen analysis in another lab... Please help me in this regard.

No the tablet doesn't decrease the sperm count

Also other then sperm count there are other factors such as motility, morphology etc which needs to be taken into consideration as well.
